Privacy policy

This policy explains how the TrainTrack website handles personal data. It covers this website only. Data inside a TrainTrack installation is controlled by the training company that runs it.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we collect your name, work email, phone number (if given), organisation, organisation type, expected number of employees to train and your message. We also record your IP address for a short time to stop spam.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a walkthrough and follow up about TrainTrack. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you, and deleted on request.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

The live demo

The live demo is shared by everyone who tries it and resets regularly. Please do not enter real personal data there.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia). Email us at idham@jomos.com.my.
